This is how it all began. Man with big chin on my table. 17 years or something ridiculous. That massage table has been through a lot, newly qualified Sports Therapist & @kimingleby eager to please I welcomed this bearded fellow with a bad leg into my clinic (house) & the rest is history ❤️ Always at the bottom of the heap he jumped upon said table in-between clients today - a rare moment for both. I don’t promise to marry everyone that jumps upon the table (not that you’d want to) but I will treat you with kindness, hours of hands on experience and give you time that perhaps the medical system can’t. A fantastic week here at @halobodybath towers with wonderful clients absolutely making the juggle very worth while! 🤕 I was supposed to be "going Live" but typically as soon as one sets a plan in place the higher being decides to pop a few obstacles in the way. Namely, sore back and internal issues - yes we are allowed to talk about midlife internals issues aren't we ? So often once you set your mind to something things crop up and set you back. Have a little pause and find another way. My inspo video is Granny Marilyn doing her thing, beside suffering from Dystonia (meaning her neck twists the wrong way)! and needing a hip replacement she never ever gives in. Always there and nearly always smiling 💖 🌼 Who is your inspiration? 🔥I am trying to keep going with 1-1 training so if you feel inclined visit and book via website in bio. There are lots of pics like this on Instagram. How do they make you feel? This was me a while ago and makes me feel a bit cross that I'm not able to practice as much or with the same intention. However, we all have a lot on our plates these days, pick the things you love and try and squish them into your day. Next Friday is the @bathyogafest with loads of amazing teachers throughout the weekend offering all sorts of wonderful classes. I shall be attempting to be present and correct at 2pm on Friday for 1hour of jiggling about on the mat. I hope to get back to 10min dailies as well starting Monday if you can come along again I would love that 😊

Mini bite 17 offering. Jump into handstand or hang off the end of your bed 😊 ☆improves concentration ♡boost bowel digestion ☆helps circulation ● make sure you're in good health to go upside down ●wear a better bra than I did 😳

Day 16. Mini bite beat me today. Relax Every Muscle in your body. This takes time and practice. Lie flat in bed and breathe deeply. Squeeze and relax working from toes to crown. Don't try too hard, stay with the breath and see where you drift off too. 😇🙏💫

Day 15! Go for a plunge. Dedicated to @landoflizzie & @vuni_app for getting me up early and swimming without a wetsuit in December! Hope you can all find something you love doing 🥶💦🏊‍♂️

Day 7 nearly beat me so here's a wee tipple with Alternate Nostril Breathing snatched from 1st Lockdown. A lovely little exercise for balancing and clearing the mind. Try a few rounds once you have the hang of it. 🙏🧘‍♀️💚

Bring a ball and relax! Get grounded and relaxed before the weekend. Spend some time releasing and softening those tricky stuck spaces. 😇🙏

Day 3. feet, legs & bums. fire up and stretch out. Try to have a little warm up, go steady if you have any injuries and work with your breath. 🤗🙏
